Some kind words:

  • ‘We’ve loved working with Lucia. She’s positive, efficient, and has captured the GAIL’s community with real charm. Her illustrations are joyful. We wouldn’t hesitate to reach out for future projects. Thank you Lucia!’

    Georgia Harman, GAIL’s

Watercolor illustration of a person riding a bicycle with a basket containing a baguette, wearing a helmet, red scarf, orange jacket, and brown pants.
  • It’s been a real pleasure working with Lucia on our new foodie series of books. She’s incredibly quick and provides plenty of creative options. Her illustrations bring such joy and character to the covers and have given each book and the series such a strong identity.

    Claire Rochford, Quadrille Publishing

Book titled 'Ferment from scratch' by Mark Diacono, with a subtitle 'slow down, make food to last', featuring a colorful illustration of a jar of pink ferment with a spoon and a green package.
  • Lucia’s illustrations are gorgeous. We are delighted with them - she has captured exactly what we wished to convey - and done so with such efficiency. We would keep her in mind for future projects and recommend her.

    Lottie Tempest-Mountford, Islington Museum

An illustrated reception desk with a sign that says 'Information,' two potted plants, and a person behind the desk. Behind the person are posters with information and announcements at the Isleington Museum.
  • It is this considerate and joyful spirit, even in the domestic, that bleeds through her work and gives us all a sense of warm optimism.

    Harry Bennett, It’s Nice That

A colorful drawing of a woman knitting and a child sitting on her lap, both smiling and wearing green sweaters. The woman's sweater has pink accents, and the child is sitting on her lap with a red scarf. They appear happy and relaxed.
